Not medical advice
Some posts describe my own heart surgery and life on warfarin with a mechanical valve. They are an account of my experience and of what I have read, not medical advice. Anticoagulation in particular is individual: doses, INR targets, diet and drug interactions must be managed with your own doctor, anticoagulation clinic or pharmacist. Never start, stop or change a medicine because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Posts about clinical or biomedical software (for example variant triage or cell counting tools) describe research and hobby projects. Unless a post says otherwise, none of that software is a medical device, and it must not be used to make diagnostic or treatment decisions.
Not professional or investment advice
Posts about bioprocessing, manufacturing and scale-up share general engineering experience. Processes behave differently in different facilities, and anything you run should be validated under your own quality and safety procedures. Commentary on companies, deals, patents and legal disputes in the alternative-protein and biotech industries is my personal analysis of publicly available information.
